We ship all orders using Israeli Post International Air Mail, which your local postal service associates with. USPS in United States, Royal Mail in United Kingdom etc. Orders will be shipped to the address you provided in the shipping address under your account preferences. We will include an invoice for your purchase with each order. Deliveries are processed between Sunday through Thursday every week. Shipping will not be made on Friday, Saturdays or holidays. The shipping time for international Air Mail orders usually takes 5 to 30 business days depending on the country destination. Please check with your local post office or customs office if you have not yet received your package.

We usually ship orders the same or next business day. Orders placed after 6 PM (Israel time) will be shipped in the following business day. Custom designed usually takes 2-3 days to process before we ship them.

In the event that you ordered more than one item and one item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item are restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment, to save shipping cost.
